About KTPT

Passionate about creating fit, strong, flexible bodies, that feel amazing!

I'm a Personal trainer, Pilates instructor, pre and postnatal trainer, plus a fit, strong, flexible mum of 3.

I offer sessions for all, including Pre and Postnatal mummies (with baby in tow) from my home studio/gym in Bovingdon. 

Your session/s will be personally designed to help you get the best out of your body, where ever you're at. 

I like to use a combination of Pilates, weight training and functional movement to safely connect the core, build strength and mobilise, basically help you feel unstoppable in your body.

I've been in the fitness industry for over 8 years after an amazing dance career and now I've got 3 boys. I strive to offer a safe place for you to train and develop your strength and mobility, I'd love to help and support you.
